I worked with Claudia on 4 different programs over the last 2 years, all focused on people development. The common thread Claudia brought to all 4 programs is her energy, her honesty, and her ability to get people to see things differently, so they are open to change. Getting people to really unlock is one of Claudia’s Superpowers. She designed and led programs where each unlocked something a little different inside me, allowing me to grow personally and professionally. The programs showed me how to change my interactions with peers, leaders and my team resulting in better relationships and less resistance. When each session ended, I left feeling stronger than when it started and looked forward to the homework assignments. The gift each class brought me was a network of people that I could lean on.
