With over two decades of experience in Organizational Development, I am a seasoned leader, team coach, organizational psychologist, and employee engagement strategist who has worked in various industries, including manufacturing, transportation, finance, and insurance. 

My specialty is workplace culture transformation through the power of belonging, a fundamental human need that, when nurtured, ignites productivity, fosters unity, and retains talent.

As a young immigrant trying to “fit in,” I discovered that the key to feeling a sense of belonging with others was to establish rapport– to build a sense of camaraderie and connection that allowed for easy, open communication.

Today, my passion for the human side of business inspires my transformative team culture programs. My MIND CULTIVATOR strategies, which focus on rapport, shared purpose, engagement, and results, are connected by a sense of belonging.
